YOGA 101 is on the iconic Pacific Coast Highway 101 in the beach community of Leucadia, CA and though the name and owners are new, its students remain loyal. The studio has quite a history as this location has been operating as a yoga studio for over 24 years.

The original owner, who still actively practices at this location, as well as more recently, Candace Coderre (2018–2023), passed the "torch" of ownership to Sara Krzystofik. In addition to preserving the tradition of the Bikram practice, Sara has diversified the schedule by bringing in new formats, instructors, and class styles. Since April 2023 the studio has had a few tweaks, renovations include flooring, lighting, restroom, reception area and a replacement of studio mats and towels. Refreshments are regularly stocked in the reception fridge and the studio also features a reverse osmosis water dispenser that you can use for free refills. All the original classes and team members are on the schedule. New classes and their teachers have been added in and around the existing schedule, some of which include heat and others of which do not (Bodyweight Bootcamp, Interval Training, HIIT, Yoga Sculpt and Core, Vinyasa, BUTAKON, Kundalini, YIN, and Crystal Sound Bowls).
