Malin grew up in the beautiful north of Sweden, surrounded by nature. She has always been passionate about health and wellness and its ability to connect the mind, body, and spirit. In 2008, she moved to the vibrant city of Chicago. But it was in 2016 that she found her true home in the coastal town of Encinitas.
With a passion for yoga deeply rooted in her being, Malin is a Vinyasa-trained instructor who draws inspiration from her Ashtanga heritage. Her teaching style is characterized by its strength, power, and profound focus on the breath. Through her classes, Malin aims to guide her students towards a harmonious union of mind, body, and spirit.
But Malin's expertise extends beyond yoga asanas. She is also a trained breath coach and shares her knowledge through breath classes within the community. By emphasizing the transformative power of conscious breathing, Malin empowers individuals to tap into their inner strength and unlock their full potential.
