Consent: I voluntarily grant the Studio the right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display my name, photographs, videos, and likeness, captured during my participation in classes, workshops, events, or any related activities organized by the

Studio.

Purpose: The Studio may use my name, photographs, videos, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and any other Studio-related materials.

Release: I release the Studio, its employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or suits arising out of the use, distribution, or display of my name, photographs, videos, and likeness, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any personal or proprietary right.

Ownership: I acknowledge and agree that all rights, including copyrights, intellectual property rights, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the photographs, videos, and likeness, shall solely and exclusively belong to the Studio.

Compensation: I understand and agree that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of my name, photographs, videos, or likeness by the Studio.

Revocation of Consent: I acknowledge that I have the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to the Studio. However, any revocation will not affect any prior use of my name, photographs, videos, or likeness.

Confidentiality: I understand that the Studio will make reasonable efforts to protect my personal information and ensure its confidentiality. However, I acknowledge that the Studio cannot guarantee absolute privacy or security regarding the use of my name, photographs, videos, or likeness.
