Utilizing crystal bowls to deliver the sound and vibrations of these amazing instruments delivering the vibrations through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. The experience creates an environment of “resonance” within the body. This class will be in a slightly warm room but Stephanie will adjust the temp. to everyone's comfort level.
